A martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.

Muay Thai

A combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking, including punches, knees, elbows, and kicks, along with various clinching techniques.

American Ninjutsu

American Ninjutsu Center of Arlington is a training branch of Personal Protection Concepts (PPC). PPC strives to provide a more balanced training system by covering all aspects resulting in less vulnerability or what we call fatal tendencies.
