We have a few girls that train. You will be trained and the coaches will evaluate when you are ready for sparring with others.

i’m looking to get in shape by boxing. i really want to work the mitts a lot with someone that is very aggressive that is going to push me like an aggressive come forward fighter. i would like to spar, but only to the body not the face, with someone who is going to come forward and punch a lot where i can get in shape by blocking a lot and returning punches. i would like to build myself up to go 3 minutes per round for 12-15 rounds with no problem.

I signed up with The Gym about 1.5 years ago and It’s a place to join and get into shape. From beginner to expert, you can get all the training you can get from them. You spar with your teammates and instructors train you one-on-one. I transferred to a different job and was injured during work which resulted in me doing some rehab for a while. I’m definitely heading back there this year to get myself back in shape. I did Boxing and MMA before my injury and I loved it.
