A cross training style class, incorporating full body resistance training, functional movement, and HIIT cardio

Monday and Wednesday 6:30 – 7:30pm

Tuesday and Thursday 7 – 7:30pm

ACE and ACTION certified personal trainer

NASM MMA Conditioning Specialist certification

Over 6 years personal training experience
