Beginner Boxing

  • Monday – Thursday 5:30 – 6:30PM
  • Open sparring for members during Thursday class

Advanced Boxing Training

  • Open training every day. Contact boxing coaches for schedule.

Youth Boxing (ages 5-12)

  • Monday and Wednesday 5:30 – 6:30PM
  • Saturday 1:30-2:30PM
